Belfast-based capital markets advisory firm Vox Financial Partners is now Treliant

FOLLOWING the acquisition by US advisory group Treliant, Belfast-based Vox Financial Partners will now form Treliant’s capital markets division and continue to serve its growing global client base under the Treliant brand.

Treliant ( is an advisory and consultancy firm that has experienced strong organic growth since its inception in 2005.

With the acquisition of Vox, Treliant has expanded its European presence and capital markets advisory capabilities to better serve its client base and position itself as a critical partner for financial institutions worldwide.

Treliant says it is committed to maintaining its European headquarters in Belfast and accelerating the city’s growth.

Leading universities in the North will be its main source of recruiting talent for the UK market. It will also expand its presence to Lodz, Poland as the center of its data practice.

The combination will allow the capital markets business to expand its regulatory advisory, data and digital transformation offering to the broader U.S. banking industry. It will also build on its near offshoring capabilities with the expansion of its service delivery center model in North America.

Following the acquisition, Treliant expanded its global financial crimes compliance practice to the UK and Europe.

This practice provides anti-money laundering, sanctions compliance, anti-corruption, fraud and digital asset advisory services both at the client site and from its centers of European service delivery.
