To enhance professionals’ skills and understanding of financial services, IIM Lucknow and Imarticus Learning have launched an Advanced Management in Financial Services and Capital Markets program. The 6-month course will have two batches per year with six days of on-campus immersion in total. It is aimed at high performing middle and senior level management professionals in the financial services industry in India and globally.
Designed specifically by industry experts and leading academics at IIM Lucknow, the program will provide mid-level management professionals with in-depth exposure to the field of corporate finance, valuation and modeling , equity research, investment banking, risk management, corporate banking, digital banking, treasury operations and fintech.

The program will cover the main aspects of financial services and capital markets. Each of the course modules will have live virtual instruction and learners will also have access to campus immersion at IIM Lucknow twice – once at the start and once at the end of the program.
As part of the program, IIM Lucknow will provide six modules and Imarticus Learning will provide 1 module in FinTech. In addition, it will include projects and incentives, as well as leadership masterclasses given by leaders from leading financial services companies. Aiming to deliver world-class learning experiences, the course will provide learners with peer-to-peer networking opportunities with on-campus immersion and IIM Lucknow Executive Alumni status.
